Praveen Sankhla, Head - Management Consulting, is a Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International with over 14 years of training experience. He has conducted training programs for executives, university teachers, students and professionals including IT professionals. His training programs are on diverse aspects of leadership such as Motivating Teams, Personal Effectiveness, Decision Making, Goal Setting and Role Clarity.
Praveen possesses a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA. He was the Center Head of Adecco India in Visakhapatnam and is currently the Head – Management Consulting of IndiGenius.
Praveen is also actively involved in Construction and Real Estate ventures with over a dozen quality commercial and residential buildings to his credit. He is regularly consulted on construction, career and business startup ideas.
Praveen serves as guest faculty for some of the reputed management schools in Vizag and is a frequent guest speaker at various educational and social organizations.
His other interests are reading, literacy and social responsibility. Praveen is also the Past President of Rotary Club of Waltair.
Srinivas Savaram, Head - IT Consulting, is
an IT professional with over 15 years of software engineering experience.Srinivas has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and a Graduate Certificate in Software Engineering.
After working in Hughes Network Systems in Gaithersburg, Maryland for over 9 years, he worked as a Associate Vice President in a NuNet Technologies, a software development company in Visakhapatnam. Srinivas was also the Operations Head of Adecco India in Visakhapatnam for 5 years.
Srinivas is a guest speaker at reputed engineering and management colleges in Visakhapatnam.
His interests include literacy, learning, community development and other social issues.

Prasad Saggurti is an experienced Technology Marketing professional. He marketed semiconductor IP at MoSys, Prism Circuits, ARM and Artisan Components. He has over 20 years of engineering and marketing experience across varied product lines and industries.
Prasad designed leading edge microprocessors at Sun Microsystems, digital audio and VideoCD chips at C-Cube (now part of LSI) and DVD decoders at Mediamatics (now part of National Semiconductor). Subsequently, he was a Management Consultant at Accenture's strategy division, business development professional at fashion retailer Keswani's Creations, and Marketing Director at Onco Pharmaceuticals.
Prasad has an MSEE from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley.
Sriram Bhamidipati, founder and CEO of Savitar Research Group, is an Intel veteran of over 18 years. Sriram among other engagements was involved in Intel’s wireless business and in Intel Capital.
Sriram recognized that the wireless communication industry was ripe for a new paradigm in decision making and sought out the best possible people to make his vision come true. Savitar and EKAATM are the results of this endeavour.
Innovation and ideas that change the way things are done, driving them to products or platforms that can be widely used, is an enduring passion for Sriram. He found the wireless telecommunications industry to be the perfect arena to exercise this passion.
Sriram has a Bachelor of Technology degree from Andhra University and a Master of Science degree from University of North Carolina, Raleigh, NC, USA.
Taruna Reddy, is currently a Director with Gartner Inc. She serves as a senior business leader and strategist within the firm. She has over 18 years of experience specializing in strategy, change management, program management and delivery and technical consulting to the private and public sector. She primarily focuses on complex projects involving the intersection of business and technology. Her achievements include working closely clients undergoing major business, organization, and technology transformation, strategic direction, program management, market research and enterprise architecture. Taruna is noted for proactively managing change, bridging dialog between executive, technical, and business stakeholders, and thriving in complex arenas.
Taruna works closely with CEO’s, CIO’s and other senior management in the strategy, planning and execution of their strategic agenda through investment planning and governance. Her solid understanding of the technical issues helps clarify technical concepts and explain complex issues to business users to get their buy-in during future direction planning. An experienced facilitator, she helps clients articulate clearly about issues and stay focused on the future oriented solutions. Using her experience in Big Five consulting firms (Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc and Ernst and Young), Taruna has coordinated and delivered and expanded varied cross-cutting services for Gartner. She also drives the creation of intellectual capital that is helping to shape the services and solutions to engagement with multiple clients.
Taruna has a MBA degree from Osmania University and a Master of Information Systems degree from George Mason University, VA, USA. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
